1. The Program is operated by TCPC Pet Services.

2 .The Loyalty Card Program is an exclusive way for TCPC Pet Services to thank the most loyal clients for their continued trust and support. Loyalty Cards are issued at the discretion of TCPC Pet Services and are not available for general purchase or request.

a. Loyalty Cards are issued by invitation only and are non-transferable.

b. They cannot be purchased, requested, or exchanged for cash or other services.

c. Each card contains a unique, randomised code registered to the individual Client’s account.

3. Eligible Clients can redeem them for rewards as specified on the card.

1. The Loyalty Card may entitle the holder to exclusive benefits, offers, or discounts, as determined by TCPC Pet Services from time to time.

2. Benefits are applied only when the card’s unique code is verified and may not be combined with other promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.

3. Cards have no monetary value and are not exchangeable for cash or credit.

1. Loyalty Cards remain valid until the date specified by TCPC Pet Services or until The Program is altered or withdrawn.

2. TCPC Pet Services reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a card at any time, including in cases of inactivity, misuse, or breach of our service terms.

1. If The Loyalty Card is lost, stolen, or misused, please contact TCPC Pet Services immediately.

2. Replacement or reissue is at TCPC Pet Services’ sole discretion and may not be guaranteed.

1. TCPC Pet Services reserve the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Card Program at any time without prior notice.

2. Any unused benefits or entitlements at the time of termination will be forfeited.

1. All information in relation to The Client is kept private, in a 20-character passcode, with 2-Factor-Authentifcation folder, which is kept private and confidential.

2. No information in relation to The Client is passed onto third parties, unless;

a. It is required by law, regulation, or a court order.

3. The Client's details will be kept in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 and will only be used to contact The Client in relation to their account.
